Game Show Network

In 2012, MediaSense developed and media plan to support the launch of Steve Harvey Family Feud on GSN . This plan was based on a strategy of connecting with Steve Harvey enthusiasts across every possible touch point including the syndicated broadcast of Steve Harvey Family Feud every afternoon, The Steve Harvey Morning Show national radio broadcast, Steve’s website and social media networks, as well as his movie release of Think Like a Man.  In addition, we developed a strong connection with the African American audience using outlets like BET, TV One, local urban radio, and AA digital destinations.  The result was a stunning success, whereby the first broadcast of Steve Harvey Family Feud on Game Show Network delivered the highest People 2+ Wednesday night stack delivery in the history of the GSN Network.  The W25-54 target viewership achieve a 41% increase in viewing for that time period and African American viewership tripled. Howard Nelson, VP of Promotions and Partnership forwarded an email that stated “It’s great to see what a great show and a strong media plan can do for GSN”.


100 YSS

MediaSense is currently working alongside Marianne Caponnetto in a marketing capacity to develop a new space initiative, 100YSS that is led by Dr. Mae Jemison and funded by DARPA.  Dr. Jemison is the first African American female to travel to space in the Endeavor Space Shuttle in 1992. The 100YSS is an audacious, all-inclusive, global program which Dr. Jemison states will “ignite our collective imagination and generate public, private and grassroots support to ensure that, within the next century, human beings have the ability to travel beyond our solar system to another star.  In so doing, we are committed to improving our life on earth.” The initial step in this initiative is the development of a 100YSS Public Symposium that will take place in Houston Texas September 14-16, 2012.  MediaSense is working on the development of this symposium in numerous capacities including strategy development, marketing, sponsorship development and event planning.


Scottish Enterprise

MediaSense provides support to Scottish Enterprise, a division of the Scottish government, to market their amazing textile industry in the U. S. Scotland is responsible for producing some of the highest quality textiles in the world and the governmental agency that supports their industry is Textile Scotland, under the banners of Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International (SDI).  MediaSense has connected Scottish Enterprise with key designers and retailers such as Macy’s and Argyle Culture (Russell Simmons/Joseph Abboud) here in the U.S. in efforts to forge long term relationships between the designers/retailers and key Scottish textile manufacturers.  MediaSense further supports this mission by designing customized integrated marketing programs to help designers/retailers envision how the use of Scottish textiles may benefit and support their business goals.
